Why Does Bandicam Keep Saying I Need to Install Again
DirectX updates automatically with Windows Update. Graphic card doesn't update unless i let it to exercise so. And i Take done both.
Before I updated bandicam everything was working properly. After update it's non working. And trying older version as well didn't help anymore. So unless Bandicam registers and creates command lines somewhere else besides bandicam folder and leaves imprints somewhere in Windows folder, or anywhere that afterwards uninstalling program implemented settings doesn't modify in one case reinstalled, i should not have need to reinstalling windows. UNLESS i demand to erase conflicting command lines in securely set files!
One way or the other software doesn't work and i wish full refund!
If I may pop in, this is quite an odd occurrence, and I particularly feel bad for that poor fellow from 2011... This does non happen very often, as in that location seems to be many, many people using Bandicam and updating it and standing to use it - and all the same these 2, odd occurrences of this happening are right here. Interesting!
If I may summarize, to try become this straight:
- Had an older version of Bandicam and it was working
- Updated to a newer version = can no longer Tape
- Tried older version once more = can no longer Record
- Tried updating some Drivers = can still no longer Record
Are these correct?
If and so, there may have been a problem with something else, around the time of the Upgrade of Bandicam. Possibly some other program installed some library files or system files, or Windows became corrupted somehow (Registry, etc). Have you been having whatsoever errors or Bluescreens or problems with your Harddrive?
I ask this because information technology is possible that during the upgrade of Bandicam, a Windows Registry entry may take not been written properly. This happens in a business environment, when updating Applications that a visitor may utilize (and why companies hate to upgrade very often!). In a company setting, I would take suggested 'rolling-back' the Drivers to an before version (Brandish Drivers, etc) or even better, using Organization Restore to restore Windows to an earlier State, when it was hopefully running fine. Have you tried System Restore?
That leads into the reasoning behind Bandisoft's suggestion of Reinstalling Windows. Something may have become corrupted or there was a hardware 'hiccup' around the time when Bandicam was Updated. It may seem to exist related to Bandicam (every bit it happened around that time, and it is related to Bandicam not being able to record), but it is most likely non Bandicam, the programme, that caused the trouble. Why?
Considering there are such a large number of people using Bandicam and Upgrading it and they did not encounter this issue you lot seem to exist experiencing. It is unfortunate, just information technology could be a symptom of something else happening on your system. If a RAM module forwarded faulty data at the time of writing to the Hard Bulldoze (during Upgrading Bandicam), then a file would exist decadent. If the Hard Bulldoze did not salvage a file or Registry Entry properly (during Upgrading Bandicam), and so a file or the Registry would be corrupt now. You lot run across?
Although the issue happened at the time of Upgrading Bandicam, it may not 'directly' be related to Bandicam (information technology may be something else). This inference is mostly based on the fact that at that place are so many people Upgrading and Uninstalling Bandicam and using older versions and then going back to newer versions, and information technology is all working for them. That leads to the idea that something must have happened on your system. I don't mean to 'arraign yous' for this event, things like hardware having a little glitch during the moment of Upgrading are not under your control. Have yous had Power Supply symptoms as well?
I do not want to take sides, so I must country that if I encountered this occurrence on 'your' organization in a business setting (back when I was a Systems Analyst), if a System Restore from within Windows or from the company Servers did not work; I would exist reinstalling the OS for that one system (since it was the only one having the issue) - and keeping a expert eye on the hardware symptoms for that workstation for the next while...
This is of grade, all just a proposition, but I wanted to pop in and say, with prior experience with the same 'odd occurrence'/symptoms of the type you are stating, that I hold with the developer's proffer of reinstalling Windows, my friend. Skillful luck with it and I hope it gets sorted for you presently
